This site offers Kauntodaun, an email countdown timer generator, which is a product by AP Agency.

Purpose

kauntodaun.com offers Kauntodaun, a tool to create animated countdown GIFs for emails. The generator is free and needs no signup; accounts and paid plans are also covered by the terms of service. contadorparaemail.com, the former domain, still serves the GIFs in emails already sent and redirects every other address to kauntodaun.com.

Site terms of use

Using this site means you accept this notice. You agree to use the site and the service properly and not for unlawful purposes, against the rights of others or in a way that harms or blocks its normal operation.

Intellectual property

The design, code, the Kauntodaun brand, logos and texts of this site belong to the owner or are used under license. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without permission.

The timers you create with the tool are yours to use: you can put them in your emails and your clients' emails without asking.

Liability

The owner is not liable for damage caused by interruptions, errors or outages beyond its control, nor for how each user uses the timers and the texts they write in them. Availability terms for paid plans are in the terms of service.

Governing law

This site is governed by Spanish law, in particular the LSSI-CE. Personal data processing is explained in the privacy policy, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

The courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives consumers a different venue.
